If your delivery address is not accepted at checkout, please contact us to verify availability.

All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

We use reputable shipping carriers and offer both standard and express delivery options. Available methods will be shown during checkout based on your location.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link and reference number. This allows you to monitor your shipment in real-time via the carrier’s website.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged:

7. Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it from a pickup point, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
If no response is received within 14 days of our contact, the order may be cancelled and refunded, minus any delivery-related costs.
