Return & Refund Policy

 

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU/Sweden)

Consumers in Sweden and the EU have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Conditions:

  • The right of withdrawal applies only to unused and unopened products.

  • You must inform us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of delivery.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact our customer service team at Carsten@wilddragon.se. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The items you wish to return

  • The reason for return (optional)

We will respond with return instructions and the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

3. Return Conditions

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us

  • Opened, damaged, or partially consumed products cannot be returned, unless defective

  • Promotional items or free gifts are not eligible for return or refund

4. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at carsten@wilddragon.se. Include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.

We will offer either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement at no additional cost, including return shipping where applicable

5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • We will notify you by email about the status of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges.
